(2) Price: Generally, P20 has a service life time of about 300000 shots, 2738 has a service life time of 500000 shots, and everything is normal. H13/2344 has a service life time of more than 800000 shots. Mold steel should be made of raw materials corresponding to the service life time of the mold to prevent excess luxury and waste;

(3) Quenching and tempering treatment: nitriding can improve the surface strength of steel and reasonably increase the service life of the mold; The electroplating process can reasonably modify the materials of the die steel, and can improve the properties of the steel by using the electroplating process for some plastic parts that must be bright and corrosion resistant.
